Our Products

How to take care for my products so they last longer?

All of our products are made with the utmost care, using high quality materials to make it last a lifetime. They are dishwasher safe, so you can clean them there. Just make sure there is enough space between them, so they don't get damaged.

Can I put them in the microwave or oven?

Yes, you can! All of our products are safe to put in the microwave or oven, to a temperature of up to 250° C. Just be sure not to put plates from the fridge directly in a warm oven, to prevent them from breaking.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $75, we charge a flat fee of $5.99 for shipping anywhere in the U.S. For orders over $75, shipping is free.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking code, so you can track your order.

Where can I track my order status?

Yes, you can! Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However the delivery times for international shipping are slightly longer and they will vary from 14 days to 25 days, depending on the country we ship to.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all of the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are available, as well as PayPal.

Do you offer Klarna/AfterPay?

Not at the moment. We are working on implementing it in the near future. Please reach out to us if you want to be notified once we do.

Returns

What is your return policy?

The products you've received don't match your expectations? We offer a 15-day money back guarantee. However, you are in charge of the shipping costs. Once we receive back your product, undamaged, we will issue you a complete refund.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
